What is the purchase policy? . . .


Our goal at Refuge Productions is to make your purchasing experience easy, quick, efficient and equitable. If you have any questions about purchasing tickets online, by phone, or in person, please contact the Ticket Office at call 219-922-6500 Ext 580. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend an event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth by Refuge Productions.

Is seating reserved or general? . . .


Seating for Scrooge the Musical is reserved this year. You must purchase a ticket to attend the performance. If you need seating for a disability or have a special need, please call 219-922-6500 Ext 580.

Can I reserve my tickets now and pay for them at the door? . . .


No. Due to the popularity of Refuge Productions events and performances we require payment at the time you place your ticket order, whether by phone, internet, or in person.

What forms of payment are accepted? . . .


ONLINE/ PHONE ORDERS - We accept debit or credit cards with the MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover logos. Phone orders may be subject to processing and/or delivery fees. WALK-IN ORDERS - We accept debit or credit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos, as well as cash. No personal checks are accepted. All orders by credit and debit are subject to a processing fee. Please note we cannot accept split payments (cash & check, cash & card, two different cards, etc). Payment for the order must be made using a single form of payment only. We accept US currency only.

Do you offer ticket exchanges, refunds or upgrades? . . .


No. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event date and seat selection. We do not issue refunds or exchanges once an order is processed. However, we do reserve the right to issue or not issue refunds or exchanges in the event a performance or an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by Refuge Productions. Policies set forth prohibit Refuge Productions from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.

What time does the event begin? . . .


Scrooge the Musical performances are Saturdays at 2:00 PM (matinee). Outside doors open 1 hour before performance, and the seating area opens 1/2 hour before performance. We ask that you are seated 15 minutes prior to the start of the performance.

How long is this event? Is there an intermission? . . .


Scrooge the Musical, runs approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, including a 20-minute intermission.

Can I take pictures or record the event? . . .


No. The taking of pictures and/or the use of any recording devices is prohibited. This includes (but not limited to) cameras, video/DVD recorders, cell phones, MP3 recorders, etc.

Do you offer childcare during the event? . . .


No. We do not offer childcare. Many events including Scrooge the Musical are not recommended for children age three and under.

Why is there administration, convenience, and/or delivery fees? . . .


Refuge Productions does not impose additional fees on ticket sales. Fees are incurred for processing of certain forms of payment.

How can I print my tickets? . . .


Refuge Productions is now paperless. You will receive your tickets via email in the PDF format. You can print the tickets at home or show the tickets on your electronic device in order to be seated. In the event you have deleted your tickets email please call 219-922-6500 Ext 580. We can email the tickets again. We ask that you provide the first and last name and the sale number on the order.

How do I contact the ticket office? Where is it located? . . .


For ticket purchases and inquries, call 219-922-6500 Ext 580. Onsite the office is located outside of the east balcony doors.

What if I have problems placing an order online? . . .


If, for any reason, your tickets do not print, you were incorrectly charged, you ordered incorrectly, or you are experiencing other issues, please call 219-922-6500 Ext 580.

What are my options if I am unable to attend the performance for which I have tickets? . . .


To be fair to everyone, please understand we have a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE policy. The only exception to this policy is if a performance or event is cancelled at the discretion of Refuge Productions. Please understand that there are no refunds or exchanges if you cannot or choose not to attend a non-cancelled performance or event. Here are some suggestions if you are unable to attend your ticketed performance or event: 1. You may wish to donate your ticket(s) to someone else or give ticket(s) to the Ticket Office to bless someone at the performance or event; 2. You may wish to consider your ticket purchase a donation to Refuge Productions. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I attend the performance or event if I'm running late? . . .


Yes. However, we suggest arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. In the event you will be late, please understand the ushers will seat you when it is safe to do so based on available lighting and event layout. We reserve the right to use at our discretion any seat left unoccupied 15 minutes after the start of the performance.

Inclement weather conditions? When might a performance or event be cancelled? . . .


Refuge Productions does not typically cancel performances due to weather conditions. Please understand that Refuge Productions does not issue refunds or exchanges if you cannot or choose not to attend a non-cancelled performance or event. Performance or event cancellations are at the discretion of Refuge Productions, and will be announced at fcc4me.com.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child? . . .


Yes. Anyone occupying a seat must have a ticket. Attendance by infants and children 2 years of age and under is not recommended for the events. Refuge Productions loves kids, but young children can be disruptive during some events. Please use discretion when bringing a child to an event.

How do I request disability or special needs seating? . . .


Please call 219-922-6500 Ext 580 to purchase disability and special needs tickets. We ask that you notify the ticket representative of your needs at the time of your phone ticket purchase. Those with disabilities and special needs will be seated on a first come, first served basis. All needs will be assessed at the time the order is placed. Do not purchase tickets online for disability or special needs seating. Refuge Productions is not responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you purchase tickets online assuming we can accommodate your disability or special need. NOTE: Average seat size is 20". Refuge Productions is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair seating is designated throughout the auditorium and is limited. Other disability or special needs seating is located in various areas and is limited.

Is there a charge to park? . . .


There is plenty of FREE parking available. In addition, Premium Parking may also be available at some events for a fee.

Is the event available for purchase on VHS/DVD/CD/MP3/Blu-Ray? . . .


No. At this time we do not offer Scrooge the Musical on VHS, DVD, CD, MP3 Blu-Ray, or other recorded medium. However, FCC weekend service messages and live worship recordings can be seen or purchased at fcc4me.com.

Will there be ASL Interpreters available? . . .


Not for all performances. Please call 219-922-6500 Ext 580 to let us know your need in order for Refuge Productions to make arrangements.
